Brüdr Bier Co. was founded in 2024 by local flim flam man Goodloe Byron following numerous years of lonely fermentation experiments. The Brüdrs — the angel and devil that adorn our logo — are two guide dogs of very differing natures.
Light and dry beers to drink with your friends. Some experiments in sake, ginger beers using a traditionally cultivated ginger bug culture, kombucha, amazake, cider — and perhaps one day some baked goods, fermented hot sauces, hop water. Our overarching goal, always, is to cultivate materials and space for the blossoming of friendship, creativity, and brüdrhood.
Open to everyone. Good for an after-work drink, a weekend afternoon, or just somewhere to sit and think.
Our signature. Floats like a feather, packs a punch, won't knock you out.
Dry, with a refined aroma from Perle and Saphir hops.

Made with our ginger bug, rice, and turbinado sugar.
Brewed in the Brüdr Föeder, cultured with our diastatic yeast. There will always be a Belgian beer on.
